I am happy to report that my experience with Dean and the Lamborghini store is certainly one of the most positive car buying experiences I have ever had. While I am only 29, I have been blessed (and sometime Lamborghini store is certainly one of the most positive car buying experiences I have ever had. While I am only 29, I have been blessed (and sometimes cursed) with the history of purchasing over 35 vehicles. These range from all the high-end Mercedes, BMWs, etc. I only say this as a sort of foundation, for explaining my passion for cars, and for how different my experience was with both the store and Dean. I had tried looking at exotics (Lamborghini, Ferrari, etc.) previously at other locations, and, given my age was normally brushed off, but at minimum, never given a serious consideration. Dean immediately proved to be different than the typical mold. After a brief conversation (and obvious mutual respect for vehicles and knowledge on the cars), I knew Dean was both an expert of the vehicles and the process. Now, the fun part...instead of the seemingly "typical practice" of running credit and requiring a done deal before even sitting in a car (let alone driving one), almost immediately after the conversation, the doors were open, the engine started and the serious dialogue started. He gave me some honest quotes without hesitation, did his best to work an incredible deal and went over every important detail of owning a supercar, maintaining it, the myths, the truths, etc. We drove the Lamborghini, which I what I went to the store for. We went on a fantastic, back road test drive. All of the features were explained. The way to drive the car? explained. Very impressive. We then came back to the dealership and I saw a Ferrari California. It was nearly love at first sight. Thankfully, Dean was an expert on this car too. We hopped in the car, discussed the differences and we took the same drive. I loved it. As a business owner, I added an additional wrinkle into the mix. I did not want to buy, I wanted to lease. Dean, through his network was able to find a company that was willing to lease the used vehicle. We also discussed the differences between and open-end lease and closed-end. Amazingly, we were also able to get a closed-end lease. Sum it all up: Of all the car purchasing experiences, and given my previous history with attempted exotic purchases, this might be my the most impressive experience to date. Between attaining the creative financing, finding the vehicle, the after purchase service, the deal, the knowledge, etc. I highly recommend both Dean and Lamborghini - North LA! More

all the people i met in your showroom were very nice, courteous, extremely helpful and very professional. dean went out of his way to test drive the ferrari, setup the clear bra,appt. and the touch up p courteous, extremely helpful and very professional. dean went out of his way to test drive the ferrari, setup the clear bra,appt. and the touch up painting, detailing, and setup the inspection for the extended warranty. he had all this done in the 36 hours that i asked him to do it in. he returned my car to me as promised although this was a lot to get accomplished in 36 hours. after this,he also went out of his way to order a small part for the close button on my convertible top. overall, your staff at the dealership that i had dealings with were absolutely wonderful. there was never any pressure only help in making decisions. dean really went the extra mile for me.
