Primarily worked with him over the phone and via email to negotiate pricing on the Jeep and value for my trade in. When I arrived (from 2 hours away in Charlotte) to inspect the vehicle and test drive it, everything was as promised, both with the Jeep and with the paperwork for the purchase. I wasn't buying a $275,000 Lamborghini, but I was treated as if I was the entire time. He is the nicest, kindest and caring person that anyone could ever meet to show them a mint condition car and he never acted like a typical car sales person, he never attempted to pressure Carla, he only wanted to make her dream come true. Carla came home that night and said she loved how Dale treated her and she would only buy a car from him. Not to mention; don't dare think about walking into that dealership/showroom dressed in anything but a tuxedo! Boy oh boy was I ever WRONG!!! Having purchased that BMW I now confess that car buying experience has to be the best buying experience we have ever encountered. To my surprise these are honest caring real guys; MEN! The guys who we like to call friends, hangout with and make time to just go have a beer... There was no haggling and let me check the mythical back room sale manager BS we all hate. Chase carried on a real heart felt conversation with me and my son while he chiseled the price down to his lowest number. I was so surprised when he handed me his card with his lowest number written on it that I think I just stared at him with my mouth hanging open. Now if you know me that’s saying something huge! (My sons tell everyone that I pride myself on being twice as shrewd as an Arab Trader). Needless to say having just left the BMW dealership down the street and wrestling them for 3-hours plus; this direct LC approach sent my system into shock. Yes we purchased that Lambo Carolina BMW and it was a most enjoyable car buying experience. Our first! This LC BMW was pristine mint condition and by far much better than LC had advertised. Chase Winslow was my point of contact and was very responsive throughout the deal. This was the first car that I've purchased sight un-seen and am not disappointed. Chase arranged the shipping and all the other details like documents via FedEx. I was going to sell my current car locallly in Seattle by consigning but ultimately Chase made me an offer for my E46 M3 that was very fair..
