These people have no idea on how to treat a customer! They like to pressure you into something you didn’t want. I was there for hours and they wouldn’t stop till I purchased the truck! It wasn’t the color truck I wanted and it gobbles gas ! I took it to another dealership to trade it for something I wanted and they would only give me $41,000 for a $54,000 truck that I’m paying for! They are very Crooked plus the tires they took off to put the big tires on they never gave them to me and they where on the window sticker and they sell them on Craigslist for $800 ! Then they said they would throw in running boards lol they where also on the window sticker they took them off and was offering them to me like I was getting a great deal ! Lol just don’t buy from them save your money and find an honest dealership if there is any. More
As any regular person does, before going into buy a car there was some hesitation because of dealing with car dealerships. My sales person Cody was great. I was able to communicate with him via text and there was some hesitation because of dealing with car dealerships. My sales person Cody was great. I was able to communicate with him via text and email which fit my very busy schedule perfectly. We were able to get everything done that we needed and go back-and-forth without issue. I feel like I got a very fair deal on my trade-in and got a fair deal for the price of the car. If I had to pick somethings that bothered me: - the amount of time I spent in the dealership waiting for finance to finalize everything. - the car couldve been cleaner on delivery - someone clearly took it on a joy ride, because I have the road and track package, which tracks with the vehicles highest reached speed was and mine was at “90” Otherwise I have no complaints, A very good car buying experience. Very bad dealership! Bought a jeep renegade there . And besides being overcharged for it. They sold it to me knowing it had problems. They also don't want work on it . Which proves my point. We were driving up from New York to Stowe when our car completely broke down. The towing company/repair shop the car initially landed at said my car would need an entirely new engine. I can only say it was a miracle that brought our car to Jay and his team at Lambert Auto for a second opinion. Jay reviewed the car and said he would be able to replace a few parts and get the car working again – for literally 1/10th of the price. His colleague Stephanie worked relentlessly with our (terrible) warranty company on our behalf. Everyone was extremely responsive to us, empathetic and hard working. Jay went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. He not only correctly diagnosed and fixed our car quickly but went the extra mile. The only train we could catch up from NY got in at 6pm on a Saturday – two hours after closing time. Jay met us at the train station with the car and explained everything to us again in person. Without going too much into the details, we put ourselves in a bad spot when we made a stupid mistake with the car later that night. On 8pm on a Saturday Jay answered our call and helped us, out of the kindness of his heart, way after working hours. Jay and the team at Lambert Auto are kind, incredibly trustworthy, reliable, they will not rip you off and they know exactly what they’re doing. We would highly recommend working with Jay and Stephanie to have your car serviced – anything from an oil change to serious maintenance work or repair. You can trust this team 100%. If and when we are in that area of Vermont/New Hampshire again we will come back just for an oil change and to thank them again– I never want to have my car serviced any where else. This service and knowledge is truly unparalleled. Do yourself a favor and get your car serviced here!! More

They were very friendly and let my wife and I make up our own mind. Working with Casey Bonas was great. Straight shooter who takes care of his customers. I recommend talking to him. When we couldn't get our car insurance agent on the phone (it was on a Saturday), they offered us a loaner to drive until Monday since we were trading in our other vehicle. It was a very nice Malibu. We decided on a 2015 Jeep Compass and have been so pleased with it. During the brutal winter of 2014/2015 it had no problems handling the snow and ice. Pay Lambert a visit! More
The latest service work I had done started out with a problem that was my fault. I was supposed to bring the vehicle in for a free inspection to keep the lifetime power-train warranty in force. Due to problem that was my fault. I was supposed to bring the vehicle in for a free inspection to keep the lifetime power-train warranty in force. Due to a severe illness I was not able to bring it in on time and Chrysler canceled the coverage. I called Chrysler several times explaining the situation and they would not reinstate the coverage. I went back to Lamberts and spoke with the owner John and service manager Phil and explained my situation. Phil contacted one of his service reps and working with him got it reinstated for me, no doubt saving me thousands of dollars in repair bills over the years I plan to keep the vehicle. I can't stress enough what a great dealership this is. Most of the employees have been there for many years which is rare in the auto sales business. Everyone is very friendly, they recently completed a large renovation and have an excellent friendly showroom and waiting area. John, the owner, is there most of the times I have been there and is always very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for any new Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler vehicle, a used vehicle, or service on any vehicle give them a try, you'll be pleasantly surprised. More
