Excellent customer service! After dealing with one of the largest local Chevrolet dealerships in Summerville and being completely exhausted and disappointed with my entire experi After dealing with one of the largest local Chevrolet dealerships in Summerville and being completely exhausted and disappointed with my entire experience, I couldn't be happier about finding Cooks! They have the best customer service as well as professional and friendly staff. From our salesman Ronnie Allen, who was absolutely awesome to the Finance gentlemen, the other employees. They treated us like family, gave us a great rate and we were able to drive the vehicle home and close the deal in just a short period of time. I will buy my next car from them and even trust them with selling cars to my kids! Thank you Cooks for a great and positive experience, nice to know there are still good guys out there selling cars! More

I wish I had listened when my fiancee saod that he wasn't keen on them from the beginning, but I convinced him to put his historical bad feelings aside and that we should purchase our 2004 Chevy Colorado LS 4-door from them... In hindsight less than 45 days after the sale, having taken the vehicle in 2 times, and then to a reputable service department to have the REAL issues diaganosed, now about to $700-900 in the hole for the repairs, that the Larmar Cooks Auto Choice Service department never diagnosed or fixed correctly, I am now a believer when some one, espcially my espoused says not to deal with a specific dealership, I will listen... They make things look and sound good, but DON'T believe them... I've dealt with dealerships, car sales folks before, but they are in the Top 1 and 2 of the Top 5 in my 23 years of car buying experiences... More
