I have gone through many cars, and been to many dealerships throughout the US with my time traveling with the military. This has by far, been the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Found the vehicle online through, ads, and inquired through Ken. A very nice person to work with. There was no pressure when looking at the vehicle. He was there to answer questions, but did not hover over my shoulder. He left me to inspect and test the vehicle on my own. There was no sales pressure, whatsoever. I did not receive a large flurry of scripted vehicle information, like at many places I have been to before. There was no pressure to look at other vehicles on the lot, whereas most other places would be pressuring you to look at several others, usually with higher price tags than you would like to spend. Ken was comfortable with showing the one vehicle and not pushing sales pitches on everything else in the lot. I had a trade-in, and the value was very reasonably priced. There were no attempts to low-ball my trade in, and the price of the vehicle that I was looking at was very respectable as well. I respect that the dealership needs to make money on their transactions, but there was no attempt at any unreasonable offers. The need to haggle, like you would with other places that try to take advantage of you, is completely unnecessary. Everything is laid out on the table. The overall service here is superb. Everyone here works well as a team. I noticed a small problem with the AC Blower Control, and brought it up to Ken. It is a common issue with the Chevy Colorado that I purchased. Within thirty minutes, or before I had finished going over all of the paperwork, Ken informed me that the replacement part had been ordered, delivered, and installed. No hassle, I did not even need to ask them to replace it. In my experience, prompt service like that usually doesn't come without some type of altercation! This has by far been the best buying experience that I have ever had. I would highly recommend this location to anybody! More

Worth the Long Trip We couldn't find the exact vehicle we were looking for in Atlanta so we made the 4 hour trip up to Lakeway - I found the car to be exactly as describe We couldn't find the exact vehicle we were looking for in Atlanta so we made the 4 hour trip up to Lakeway - I found the car to be exactly as described by Anthony all the way down to the minor imperfections he clearly described on the phone. The ride up was somewhat stressful as we were worried the car would not be as expected but I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. Anthony took the time on the phone to literally walk around and through the entire vehicle..it was exactly as described. He even had his folks put it up on the lift right as they were closing so we could see underneath. Honesty like that doesn't always exist in this business. We had the vehicle checked out when we got home by our regular mechanic and it got glowing reviews. We actually ended up having a really nice trip (family of 6) - spent the night, had a nice dinner and were very happy with everyone at Lakeway. Well Worth the Trip More
