Leonard was a wealth of information and was very patient answering all of our questions. Needless to say, we were WOWED! Back to the dealership we went to trade in our well cared for 2015 model for a new GORGEOUS 2025 RAV4 XLE. We were satisfied with our deal and the entire process went so smoothly. I’d like to add that Lakeside’s dealership is beautiful! They have thought of everything to make the car buying experience as pleasant as possible. First class all the way. absolutely ridiculous. i've tried for 3 days now to get a price on tire installation. they transfer you to the parts dept for pricing yet the parts dept does not know how i've tried for 3 days now to get a price on tire installation. they transfer you to the parts dept for pricing yet the parts dept does not know how much installation is. i used the text us portion and haven't heard a thing in 2 days. emailed with no response. i called 3 times only to have no one ever pick up. whoever answers initially doesn't know anything. and you try and leave a review on their own website and guess what. message is failed to send. wow what a surprise. i'll take my business elsewhere.
