If I could leave negative stars, I would. Drove off the lot in a vehicle with 56k miles and 28 days later my car needs an entire new transmission. Their only advice is “should have gotten the warranty.” So maybe if you get a warranty you’ll have better luck, but this is completely unfair and a larger car dealership would never do someone this way. They have done absolutely nothing to make this right. Terrible customer service. For the record, I originally called the owner and spoke with him on 2/23. If I haven’t updated here, I haven’t heard anything. I also sent an email begging them to please help me on 3/1. More

The vehicle i was interested in was no longer available. When I told the sales person I was not I terested in any other vehicles, he continued to harass me about other vehicles on the lot. They are not forthcoming with the transaction. They offer to include a warranty and then refuse to refund after the salesperson said it was refundable. I have never left a review for any company before but I feel obligated to protect future buyers from these scam artists. Long story short, they tried to do what’s called “yo-yo financing” on us after having signed all of our paperwork and had possession of the car for 3 days.
