Had some issues with a vehicle I got off of them only had it for two days.. I got a hold them they immediately got my vehicle picked up and had it for about 24hrs and fixed the issue, hopefully no more issue it for two days.. Buy with caution make sure they serviced your vehicle properly, I'd get it checked real good before making a deal, but i do appreciate them getting my vehicle in as soon as they did. Thank you!!!! Now on day 61 after the sale on 4/24/23, Indiana state law requires the dealer to provide a title and paperwork to the customer in 31 days, now on day 61. My temp tag expired on 6/8/23 so I am not able to legally drive my vehicle. I’m also still dealing with the vibration issue caused by the wheels and tires they put on it. Ive had wheel weights fly off and imbed themselves into the wheel well liner. I have stated I would report this to the Indiana Secretary of State, the Sales Manager said he didn’t care if I did so. This the absolute worse dealer I’ve ever dealt with. More

On 4/24/23 I purchased an Escalade, My salesman was good but what has followed has been bad. First there was a terrible shake in the vehicle from the cheap set of tires they put on it. They used the clamp on weights in my painted rims which has damaged the paint on the plus some have already fell off throwing the wheel out of balance again. Next issue, on 6/8/23, my temp tag expires, they cant tell me where paperwork is to take to the BMV to get plates. I was there to ask what is being done, was told “a” call was made, a call should be made every day morning and afternoon till the papers get here from wherever they got the vehicle from. How can it be sold without a title anyway? Service department has no valet service to return customers home after dropping a vehicle or to come pick you up when it’s done. The sales people shouldn’t have to transport customers for the service department. I am very displeased with my wheel and tire issue. Putting the cheapest set of tires you can find isn’t good practice if you ask me. Would I purchase another vehicle from Lakeside? ABSOLUTELY NOT! More

I purchased a vehicle, and the transaction went well. I had my own financing but they would not let me leave with vehicle unless I did in house financing. I ended up doing in house financing. Fast forward 30 days and I notice the new tires on the truck, 2 of them have a couple bets busted. I emailed asking and they did indeed put the tires on, however they won't honor the tire manufactures warranty. What happed to customer service? I just bought a truck and spent a good amount of money, and they won't honor the tire manufactures warranty. This is xx.... Anything to save a penny. More
