Great service! I took my 2017 Chevy Trax in for a recall problem. I added an oil change to done, and they forgot to do it. The service I received was very generous! My experience has been a headache from day one. First, warranty issues at the time of closing the deal. Secondly, I have a slow leak in one tire, and I asked about it after one week and was told "maybe I warranty issues at the time of closing the deal. Took my car in for MY FIRST SERVICE and was told I need a new battery! 250 dollars. That's horrible service and all car sales people are all the same. Ya bunch of snakes! More

I appreciate the communication with quotes and updates as to where they were with repairs. Your location resolved the two main issues I was having. Unable to give answers to my questions and charged me for a service I didn’t receive. I told them after I paid and they gave me the itemized bill that I was charge for something they didn’t provide.
