My vehicle is never done on time, I wait at least an hour after they say to be there. This time I told them my wife had an appointment at 5:30 in north Webster. They said no problem. 2023 Chevy traverse bought brand new bought add on services noticed chipping around my tire well trim . Took back and service was going to order new part under warranty. Contacted Ryan whom I purchased car from still haven’t received part in yet to my knowledge. Kinda frustrated since car manufacturing is going on strike in a couple weeks. When I talked to parts girl was not very friendly at all. Probably wouldn’t recommend anyone to take their car there for service if this is how they run their establishment. I was also told that since I bought a new vehicle I would get reward points or money to spend on accessories never received them or even know how to redeem them. More
