They said they would “lower” the $150 diagnostic charges. Said they had a certified corvette mechanic. The car was showing a charging system fault. Absolutely the best dealer I have ever dealt with. Ron Blum was excellent. They really know how to take care of the customer. The service department was very curtious and friendly. I do have to give a discouraging word on the detail staff, they really dropped the ball. I had my truck in for almost 61/2 hours for an oil change, tire rotate and balance and new wipers blades, all that went smoothly. I also was supposed to receive a complete detail service, that went very badly. Again, the sales and service department was great, just not the detail. Other than that, I would gladly send all my family and friends to Lakeside Chevrolet. Thanks again Ron. More

Pushed to get the deal done and when I found out there were more things wrong with the vehicle wouldn’t help fix it.
