I had our 2018 Pacifica serviced (oil change and tires rotated) for our drive to Florida. Frank was excellent!!!! Very friendly and offered up coffee. Nope! Took my Jeep in with a flashing check engine light and Always wanting to stall at stop lights . Was told “it needed a tune up.” Few days later the sa Took my Jeep in with a flashing check engine light and Always wanting to stall at stop lights . Was told “it needed a tune up.” Few days later the same problem . This time it was “maybe you got Bad gas?” My engine guy says it’s fine . Well It was More like a bad left cylinder head ...(YOU’RE WELCOME!!) Thanks to the other dealership our Jeep is running like a champ now. More
