Me and my husband bought 3 brand new cars from this dealership. I am posting exactly what another customer posted few years ago and I couldn't agree more. I also added my thoughts about his unacceptable behavior. “The lack of professionalism of this employee is unbelievable. He takes after the general manager, Jared Dively wo is unfit for his role. It just goes to show how a poor leader can impact other employees. He will raise his voice and disrespect customers (I shouldn't have stooped to his level but I raised my voice back even louder. I am a lady and I won’t allow any person disrespect me and yell at me). His attitude and personality bring shame to the VW brand (Yes, it does and he needs to repent but probably won't because this type of personality always thinks they are right and perfect). There's no need for disrespect, you're in a service role. I can say, I have personal relationships with other employees of the dealership and can vouch for them, but I cannot recommend Lakeland VW based solely on the downfalls of this individual. He lacks customer service skills and needs training”. (I personally think he should leave, there are other professionals more competent and respectful than him. I have never treated my customers bad even when they were wrong, if I did I would be immediately fired). More
