Not at all impressed I dropped my vehicle off before the opening of the service center because I had to be at work. I called the service advisor when they opened and sta I dropped my vehicle off before the opening of the service center because I had to be at work. I called the service advisor when they opened and stated that I needed and oil change and tire rotation. The advisor confirmed my request and stated that it would be complete by the end of the day along with a recall due to a software update and a courtesy wash and vacuum. Later in the afternoon I received a phone call from said advisor and he recommended a replacement of all four tires due to excessive wear pushing a end of the month special to buy 3 get one for a penny. I deneied the deal due to knowing my tires only had 30,000 miles on them. I paid over the phone for my service because I wouldn’t be able to pick up my vehicle until after the service center was closed. When I showed up my vehicle had not been washed or vacuumed, upon further inspection, my tires had not be rotated and it was difficult to tell the oil had been changed because the service sticker on the inside of the windshield hadnt been replaced. To say the least I was frustrated. I will not be coming back to Lakeland WV ever again and I won’t be recommending service to anyone. More

Poor customer service Dropped vehicle at 7:30 AM for leak and was told I would get a call before noon to let me know the issue and to procede from there. Had to call several times without any word about the car; finally around 4:30 called the service area to see if my advisor could be reached, but kept being transferred without any answer. Around 4:45 the advisor responded with the issue, but since closing time is 6PM it was too late to do anything. More
