Slow and unprofessional I have no choice but to take my car to the dealership to get serviced since no other facility has the tool to remove the oil plug on the new VW models I have no choice but to take my car to the dealership to get serviced since no other facility has the tool to remove the oil plug on the new VW models. I was in the area and stopped in to have the oil changed. They were too busy and wouldn’t be able to complete a simple oil change for about 4 and a half hours. So, I said I would make an appointment and come back later. I made an 11:15 appointment and came to get my car around 2:30. I told the person who took my keys and did the paper work I would be back then. They assured me my car would be ready and washed. When I returned, the car was not washed. I was asked if I had time to wait. No, the car was there for over 3 hours which should be plenty of time. Also, the person at the desk wanted to argue with the mechanic who was servicing the car about it not being washed while I was waiting for them to give me my keys. Other times I have waited with my car. Even with an appointment, don’t expect for a simple oil change to take less than 2 and a half hours. More

Nice people but too many excuses equal unpleasent time delay I decided against better judgement to bring my 2014 CC I just purchased from another dealer, due to poor reviews, however I thought it's just DSG flui I decided against better judgement to bring my 2014 CC I just purchased from another dealer, due to poor reviews, however I thought it's just DSG fluid and filter (40k service) reassurance for myself that it has been done being the car has 58k. I'd of done it myself but I'm not familiar with VWs and just wanted it done right by the experts due to home to travel time inconvenience. Well they lived up to the hype, poor scheduling and they over tighten the filter housing causing catastrophic failure thus it leaked out as I drove home 47 miles away! They did make it right towing the car back and supplying me with a loaner for 5 days but I had to strongly suggest a full detail. Unfortunately the engine wash was lack luster because it's still smoking off fluid resting on top of transmission. Salesman were very nice....and likely the reason I gave service the benefit of the doubt. More

Jonathan = arrogant and not too client friendly He is an arrogant person. Asked him for a service estimate and he was not only hesitant to give a quote, he was lazy to check the part number of a kno He is an arrogant person. Asked him for a service estimate and he was not only hesitant to give a quote, he was lazy to check the part number of a known model/ year and specified part. Overall, not happy with this guy. The other one Gary was not only better but was also very friendly and gave you a feeling of customer first. Jonathan is the total opposite. Dont understand why he is allowed to be a front line to customers when he has no client skills at all. Zero star for Jonathan of VW Lakeland Service. More
