Good enough They are always super polite. However, there have been times that I came in and after they washed my car black smudges were all over it. Also, they ga They are always super polite. Also, they gave me my keys to go get my car after it got serviced and it was no where that i could find it. I hit the panic button like she told me to but it was far enough way that it wouldn't go off. So the man behind the service counter grabbed my key found it and pulled it up for me and apologized. Water pump to engin problems gone bad Took car in for an oil change and water pump to be repaired. 2 days later car done, drove off lot and car wouldnt run over 20mph. Did not have this is Took car in for an oil change and water pump to be repaired. 2 days later car done, drove off lot and car wouldnt run over 20mph. Did not have this issue when dropped off. Turned around and left car there over night. Recieved call next day stating that i need a new battery to find the problem. Didnt have a battery issue either. Ask if they could charge the battery to find the problem but they said no, that i had to buy a new one! Well i did and the said that my crankcase breather and throttle body is the issue. Again.. These things were not wrong when i went there. These are things that they had to remove to get to the water pump (hoses from crankcase and throttle body). As you can see where the mechanic maked for remove. Took it some where else and they showed me where a bolt was missing from throttle body from them removing. I am not saying that they caused the problem but makes you think. Also did not return old battery like the said. More
