Deceptive and condescending I have been taking my car to this dealer for three years. I had an issue in the morning, called the service center andspoke with john who said they co I have been taking my car to this dealer for three years. I had an issue in the morning, called the service center andspoke with john who said they could take the car and would look at it today. I dropped it off at 9am and checked in with Lindsay. All subsequent communication was with Lindsay. At 5pm they had bot looked at it. I did not receive a call, but called them. At 545 they called me and told me there was no oil and i need an oil change and new spark plugs. I asked why there was no oild since they had done an oil change less than two months ago. She said she didnt know, and kept telling me how LUCKY i was that they had looked at the car today. I told her they had told me they would look at the car. She said she didnt, and she would have told me they probably could not. I pointed out that She had checked me in and said nothing of the sort. I said they should do the oil change and spark plugs. I didnt feel i had michbof a choice sonce she said there was no oil in the car and thats why it was shaking. Next morning she called me. The car still isnt working properly. It did have oil it just was low, and it will be another $400 to tell me whats wrong, but they always start with spark plugs. I said no. She asked IF I WANTED TO CHECK WITH MY HUSBAND FIRST. I did not. I told her we would pick it up. When my husband picked it up she told him he needed to trade it in. So $100 to tell me the oil was low and that i needed new spark plugs whic according to her is just what they always say. Just trying to get every dollar out, and then when i say no tells me the car wont last anyway. More

Crooked And a very bad experience Appointment was at 7:30 am to have my front brakes fixed. Called at about 2:15 pm was told that they haven’t got to my car yet because of a back up of cars I was called back at 2:45 pm and was told that there was something else wrong with my car, I asked what was my total bill going to be and the lady said 635.00 I told her to go ahead and fix it at that price I was called at 4:45 and told the car was done when I got there to pick my car up they charged me 770.00 not 635.00 what I was told. I asked the guy in charge why so much he said because it took a half of a day which was a lie the macanic only worked a couple of hours on my car and he charged 424.00 for labor that was outrageous and crowded More
