Battery I called the day before, to try and troubleshoot with VW Service department they suggested the battery. So I went to get the battery checked and was t I called the day before, to try and troubleshoot with VW Service department they suggested the battery. So I went to get the battery checked and was told nothing was wrong. So I dropped the car off at VW and was told that the battery was no good. VW was kind enough to not charge for testing, blessing in disguise. Every one was pleasant and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better service team. Thank you all More

Then the “free” car wash. Very sloppy. I had asked for the rear compartment to be vacuumed - wasn’t done. (I feel bad about leaving a tip now for the car cleaner: Overall not one of my best VW experiences. More

Terrible experience I had a terrible experience from this VW service dept. I had an appointment to have some maintenance done on my car- oil change and transmission flush I had a terrible experience from this VW service dept. I had an appointment to have some maintenance done on my car- oil change and transmission flush. I also asked that they check the brakes since the are squeaking and to check the gas door because it started sticking when opening and closing it. I dropped my car off the night before the day of my appointment as I was instructed (the transmission needed to be cool in order for the transmission flush to be done). My appointment was for 7:30am and when I hadn't heard anything from the service dept by 3:30pm that afternoon I called to check on my car. At first they asked if my car could possibly be there under a different name because they didn't have anything under mine. When I said no they then checked the night deposit box and found that the envelope with my key was pushed over to the side so they didn't see it. I asked why nobody noticed that the same car had been sitting in the same parking spot directly in front of the service area all day long? Not to mention there was a 7:30am appointment that was scheduled and nobody put the 2 together. I'm wondering how long my car would have sat if I hadn't called. Gary said my car was being pulled in the garage as I was talking to him and he anticipated that it should be ready around noon the following day. So, when I hadn't heard anything by 12:45pm I called Gary again and he said that they would hopefully have it done at 5:00pm. At 5:00 I called back again to check on the status since I still hadn't had any calls from the service dept. and now it would be ready at 5:45 because they were finishing up with the transmission. I'm wondering why they were just finishing when they had supposedly pulled my car in the garage over 24 hours before then. I told Gary that I would just come the next morning to pick up my car so when I arrived that morning I was not happy that my receipt said my car had been washed but my car had obviously not been washed. They had my car for 2 full days and couldn't find the time to wash it even though I didn't go pick it up until the following morning after it was done. I needed a part replaced for my gas door and was told it should be in in a couple of days and they would call me when it came in. I had to call them after a few days to check on the status of my part and was informed it's on back order. I think it's poor customer service, knowing how much of a hassle I just had with them, to not keep me updated about the part and I had to call and check on it. It has now been a month since the part was ordered and they have yet to call me and either update me or tell me it has arrived. I have left 3 messages for the service dept manager and he has yet to call me back as well. More
Made me feel at home. This dealer surely takes care of their customers and make you feel at home. The waiting area is wide, clean and comfortable.
