Horrible Experience Took a week to even xxxxx the issues with my car. Then sent me to body shop, then my car sat there for a week. I ended up turning my car back in and buying a Ford Explorer after making 3 car payments and only driving my car a total of 6 weeks in 3 months. Horrible customer service. Lazy people, no follow up unless I called, then manager would avoid my calls. He would have them tell me he was in meetings, when I knew that wasn’t true. The issues ended up being the dealerships fault (they didn’t tell me the car had been wrecked with only 2500 miles), but regardless of who’s fault, they avoided me, barely worked on my car to try to find issue. I’ve sent people to Tampa because I would NEVER want my friends or family having to use the service department in Lakeland. There was always a long line at the door and only 1, maybe 2 people working. they need to be trained by Bartow Ford’s staff. They would learn so much from them. It was AMAZING at the difference between their staff and yours. We ended up buying 3 new cars there within a month because everyone was top notch, professional and very kind and respectful! Take Note!!! More

The AC will periodically blow hot air out of the driver’s side vents. They have replaced almost all the the parts involved with the system over the last year and we thought it was fixed when they replaced the control unit. Today as we were driving home from West Palm the driver’s side vent blew 143.9 degrees when the system was set on 69 degrees. More

Gougers. 12:30 appointment to replace small radiator fan. Left dealer at 2:40 after paying a $286.00 labor bill plus parts and $40.00 shop supplies. Before repair was quoted $567.60 plus tax.total invoice was $650.14... In 2 hours we payed 286.00 labor. $143.00 per hour. If they worked over one hour I would be surprised. in the two hours we were there we did not get a price until 2:00 pm. That is gouging in my mind. My wife and I had discussed trading on a new Passat. We looked at two autos and not a salesman asked if they could help us. At this point we looked two additional times during our stay, and returned to showroom and all three times the salesmen were huddled in the corner in a haha hee hee session. This turned my wife off immediately. We will never return . More

Came in for a repair I was heading to Tampa FL they let me stop by, took less than 30 mins and they were ordering the parts. I did purchase my CPO GTI from here as well which was extremely painless and quick. More
