HORRENDOUS Lost my car keys/fob. Never called to speak with me. I had to go there. Said they rotated my tires and cleaned my car with service. Either done. Car Lost my car keys/fob. No way they touched them. When I got in my vehicle to travel home, within one mile the alert light for low tire pressure cane on! Called service person, Lindsey, to ask about these issues. NO RETURN CALL. Extremely disappointed. If I could take my vehicle elsewhere I would, but then VW will void my warranty. More
Means of improvement I've had my vw cc to this location for a transmission job and bought a 18 tiguan from this location and have brought it for oil changes. I can tell you that my experience hasn't been to good. My cc was brought in and everything was good until pick up time. Drove vehicle down the road for about 500ft and my steering wheel was very off center, also hand print stain was left on my pillar and door. Some brackets were left unbolted on the engine and brake fluid did not receive a full flush. I had my doubts about it when I checked the fluid since it didnt look all clean so I proceeded to flush it myself which I got old fluid out. I've seen alot of techs do "brake flushes" were they just suck up old fluid from resivour and fill. I've done this aswell at times as a tech hate to admit but that's the truth of being flat rate, correct way sometimes is very lengthy especially when were trying to hurry. 2018 tiguan ool change and rotatio (wash) appointment. -total wait time 2.5hrs I know appointment doesnt mean that there's a spot ready for me as I arrive, i have to wait until previous vehicle is done so mine can come in but in my experience there hasn't been any need for this type of service to take this long specially with an appointment. The only time I received an update on anything was at the 2hr mark writer told me that it was at wash and was about done. Which is a nice update but what about the "hey sorry for the inconvenience but a situation happened that has delayed your oil change, would you like me to reschedule or would you want to wait to get it done" in that 1-1 1/2 hour range would of been perfect. -Service writer has always been nice and professional during his available time but seems to be overwhelmed to keep timely updates which hit on lack of communication with the customer. - work quality needs improvement This has been my experience, maybe this doesnt happen all the time but it has to me. -Ive been certified technician -Service writer -Service manager which i am no longer in the automotive field Hope this helps a bit. I know how surveys hit CSI scores so I apologize for that but I'm really hoping that at least my experience changes in the future since I have many more oil changes left on my contract. More
Fixed I had taken my car in for another problem on it and while it was there they finally found why my convertible top kept giving me an error message. Tire pressure reprogramming Service was fast and customer service is awesome. My only concern was that after they rotated the tires, my tire pressure alert started flashing. Had to take elsewhere to check tire pressure, but everything was fine. The tech at this place told me to check the manual, I did that and was able to reprogram tire pressure sensors. So, no worries. Everything working great. More

2017 Alltrack (Perfect Service) When in to get my sunroof and wheel noise and vibration looked at. They also expanded in detail about the sunroof and maintenance requirements for it.
