I would never use vw or purchase a vw product again. More

5 hours for an oil change. I had an appointment for an oil change at 11:30am so I dropped my car off. Didn’t hear anything until I called at about 2:30pm. The service manager wa I had an appointment for an oil change at 11:30am so I dropped my car off. Didn’t hear anything until I called at about 2:30pm. The service manager was at lunch however so I left a message and she returned my call shortly after. I knew I needed a brake job and it was going to be time for new tires soon but I didn’t want to pay the quoted price so I declined. 2 hours later the oil change was finally done along with some additional maintenance I didn’t ask for. So my total was almost 140 dollars when I just wanted an oil change. The service manager said they washed and vacuumed my car as well. I appreciate this I guess and the car was washed but certainly not vacuumed. More

Communication about service We apparently misunderstood the man from the service department who gave us the quote. In addition to the tire sensor he said there was also a possible emissions issue. He gave us the quote and we were of the understanding it would have been looked into right then. We went went to pay, we were told that we would have to bring it back in when they had more time to check into it. We had this car at Maus VW a couple of months ago. The fuel pump and battery were replaced with no mention of an emissions issue. The car appears to be running fine, the lights on the sensor are off. We appreciate the service on the car but left confused on the emissions comment and quote. More
