Horrible Experience. They treated me awful. I had called service office twice to ensure my appt and warranty work would be performed efficiently. Upon arrival they didnt even know why I was there. Then bein service office twice to ensure my appt and warranty work would be performed efficiently. Upon arrival they didnt even know why I was there. Then being lied to and refused to share information with me. On top of it all my car was damaged, so I immediately reported to the manager. That's correct no response. Overcharged me for the service I needed done and didnt care to explain it to me. Awful what happened VW More

Not sure if they are incapable or a rip off Went in with a broke mirror, first trip they charged me more than the estimate, “that happens” I say to myself...first time I go over 50 mph the mirro Went in with a broke mirror, first trip they charged me more than the estimate, “that happens” I say to myself...first time I go over 50 mph the mirror dances in the housing...I think, “that happens” but it’s probably something they can fix...and it shouldn’t cost much if anything since they said it was fixed. But no ...it’s going to cost me a pretty penny, and their first excuse? They were “trying to get me on the road”. Yup real helpful aren’t they. So no I don’t recommend, and yes I will travel out of my way not to deal with these guys again More

I felt taken advantage of financially I was charged $900.00 for replacing fuel pump module. The part was $206.00 and it is plug and play. Unplug the old and plug in the new. I know VW is high end and proprietary but I feel the price gouging is excessive. I am seeing my VW and will never buy another because of the proprietary nature of VW. Other than being abused $$$ the staff was great. Also when getting my car back the gas gauge doesn’t work. It was working when I came in. More
