My appointment was at 1:30pm for a diagnostic test, but it took almost 2 hours for that to be complete However, the time it took, was extremely long. The only issue I have ever had was getting someone to answer the phone or return a phone call when I called to make an appointment. I got the voicemail, left a message and hadn't received a call for two answer the phone or return a phone call when I called to make an appointment. I got the voicemail, left a message and hadn't received a call for two days. Called again and was on hold forever. Called the next day and was finally able to speak with someone. Maybe it was bad timing, maybe the shop was super busy, I get all that. But not receiving a call after two days of leaving a message was a little off-putting. More
