I will gladly share the video footage of this customer and her husband with anyone who buys this. They had to have law enforcement called to get them to vacate the property. We fixed the VW issue. No cost to the customer. No further concerns with the car. This was all resolved and then BAM! Husband and wife go ballistic cursing and disrespecting 3 department managers, all in front of families waiting for their cars to be serviced. There was no issue, we are all left bewildered. Why did you yell, scream, cuss, disrespect and berate the employees? What did anyone do to you? Lakeland VW is not a place where you can treat human beings with disrespect. I will always stand up for what is right and my employees well beings. You are no longer permitted on the property and will be trespassed as such if you or your husband return.
