I was provided a delayed response regarding the updates on my vehicle and was out of a car for 2 days with minimal updates. I have been going to Lakeland be for over 4+ years, and When I requested a review on my vehicle and was out of a car for 2 days with minimal updates. I have been going to Lakeland be for over 4+ years, and When I requested a review of coupons from Brandon vw I was provided a simple answer that there was nothing that can be done. I Requested to speak with a manager and he was no help and made it very clear customer service was not at the forefront of Lakeland VW. He then advised there was another holiday special coupon and I could find it on the website, I was unable to locate so I asked to honor was told that if I could not find it he could not honor it. The manger said he sent all specials to be approved but he guesses that it was not published so nothing he can do. This was the worst situation I have had in the many years I have been provided service. More

This is the second car I have bought from this dealership. Service is always nice and wants to be helpful. My last car was a ‘22 Taos brand new that had many issue and it took a couple trips to th dealership. Service is always nice and wants to be helpful. My last car was a ‘22 Taos brand new that had many issue and it took a couple trips to the dealership to get it fixed even though I told them exactly what was wrong. Now I have a ‘24 Tiguan that I bought in Feb. not even five days after my first payment, I had to bring it into the shop because there was an issue with carnet. The issue was there when I bought the car but they pushed it off to be a problem with the app. Now it sat in the shop for a week, wasn’t fixed, and almost another week is going by with no answers because VW Techline won’t give them an answer. I am tired of buying new cars with problems. I don’t think I’d buy another VW after this one. More

I brought the vehicle in for work that Miguel Penso said it needed about 3 things and were under warranty. Got there with vehicle, got a courtesy ride home because I was told it would take all day. Got a ca it needed about 3 things and were under warranty. Got there with vehicle, got a courtesy ride home because I was told it would take all day. Got a call that there was NOT anything wrong with my vehicle and I could pick it up. I asked if someone could bring it to me since I'd need a ride from Winter Haven to Lakeland and was told no. So, it was a waste of my time to take the car in and apparently the tech doesn't know what he's doing. I had warranty work done on a Saturday morning awhile back and they wasted my time again because they said they couldn't get the work done within service hours. Very unprofessional. More
