I am pleased with my purchase at Lakeland Volkswagen for my VW Jetta. This my second time buying a car from them and so far everything is going well. My first experience buying a vehicle from them was not my VW Jetta. This my second time buying a car from them and so far everything is going well. My first experience buying a vehicle from them was not great at all. As long as things continue along this same path this time around, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this dealership. I would also recommend others to do business with Lakeland VW. Have a nice day! More

THE WOST! My car was bought with AC problems we addressed it to them they Mikey Mouse it for this past 2yrs. But not until now after the warranty it over they My car was bought with AC problems we addressed it to them they Mikey Mouse it for this past 2yrs. But not until now after the warranty it over they diagnosed the problem and want us to pay over $1000.00 to be fixed. That on top that I brought it for an oil change and they left the lids opened creating a complete drain on the engine. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED WITH THIS TYPE OF SERVICE! More
