Communication is terrible. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and originally scheduled a ride so my son and I weren't stuck sitting around. 1 hour into it they final I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and originally scheduled a ride so my son and I weren't stuck sitting around. 1 hour into it they finally came with the list of things of recommendations ( I was originally told 1.5 hours for everything) 2 hours later they were finally done. I'm not a fan of that in the least. More
