Embarrassingly bad experience. Wildly inappropriate. NO diagnosis on real issue, rather since it didn't start, it MUST be those things, without checking. I had my car towed to a local mechanic to actually do the work. I will never return. I also have planned on a new Electric bus when they come out... I will be going into Tampa now. More

I bought a used car from Lakeland Volkswagen. I read reviews and most were satisfied. So I entrusted them and bought a car ( used). It was supposed to be certified preowned. I accept as is because I only need this as a back up to keep miles off my new truck. I left the dealer ship and the brakes were metal against metal. Talked to the service manager and he was very nasty. Told me that the car belongs to you now. I would expect this from a buy here pay here. I had the car towed to another dealership. They said the car needed brakes. They fixed it for me because they said they wanted me safe. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. this place is like a buy here pay here. More
