I received a letter from VW of America indicating that parts for a recall affecting my vehicle were available and to schedule a service appointment to have the work done. I scheduled an appointment with m parts for a recall affecting my vehicle were available and to schedule a service appointment to have the work done. I scheduled an appointment with my nearest dealer, took a day off work (the letter says the work takes 4 hours), drive to the dealership (45 minutes one way, plus tolls), arrived and was informed that they would only be ordering the parts that day and then when the parts arrived they would call me to schedule an appointment for the actual work to be done. Why didn't the scheduler inform me that the parts had to be ordered? I should have been able to do that over the phone and then saved myself 1.5 hours of driving, tolls, plus taking a day off work for this. More

I stopped in to just look at a Tao and worked with Hiram Mounier and left with one. The no pressure and expert knowledge about the vehicle service I could not leave without my car. I was able to trade in Mounier and left with one. The no pressure and expert knowledge about the vehicle service I could not leave without my car.
