Their was one individual that really stood out ! His name was Jose Colon. He was very thorough, courteous, helpful, and kind! He really tried hard to put a deal together for me! After a couple months the price finally dropped and we were able to make the deal. Jose and I talked on the phone and made arrangements for me to get my VW Beetle. Just the one I wanted! The car was detailed and ready for me when all the paper work was finished. He even had an associate of his, take a picture of us next to my new beetle! I thought that was awesome! After looking online for many months, my husband and I were just beginning to search, seriously, for a pre-owned SUV. We stopped at Lakeland Volkswagen first as I already own a VW Cabrio and love it. Jose were just beginning to search, seriously, for a pre-owned SUV. We stopped at Lakeland Volkswagen first as I already own a VW Cabrio and love it. Jose Colon came to greet us and was so friendly and sincere we couldn't help but like him right away. Jose showed us a 2009 Tiguan SL. My husband liked it but was hesitant to go any further. Then Jose suggested that he, at least, drive it. My husband drove it, thinking we'll just put this one on the list, and then, at Jose's suggestion, he took it out on the main road where he could really get a feel for it's power and the handling of the vehicle. That did it! This was on a Sat afternoon. Monday evening we bought the vehicle when my husband got off work. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Jose gave us his cell number in case we ever have any questions or issues. We could not have asked for better service from the beginning with Jose to the end with Jerry, who closed the deal. Even after we walked out of the dealership and signed all the paperwork (well after the dealership was closed), Jose sat in the car with me and went over the sound system and fancy console options. Upon entering Lakeland Volkswagon, I was greated by Jared Miller with a smile. He was very friendly, and didn't rush into a sales speech like some of the other salepersons did at other car dealerships. Jared Miller with a smile. Jared was interested in what I wanted in my car, and didn't try to upsell or downsell the product. I found this very refreshing - that someone wanted me to get what I wanted and not what they had to sell. Jared made sure I understood the buying/leasing process and answered all my questions without hesitation. His product knowledge was extensive, and was well versed in Tiguan options. He made sure I understood the need for scheduled maintenance to keep the car in top performance. After all the papers were signed and handshakes exchanged with finance expert Charles Draper (also very nice), Jared took time to program the Bluetooth and explain how it worked. He also showed me all the other little things that I might have needed to know before I left the dealership. For the record: I had purchased my prior vehicle at this dealership three years prior and received no where near the quality of expertise exhibited by Jared and Charles. I will definitelyhighly recommend Lakeland Volkswagon to my friends and family. More

From the test drive to purchase it was completely satisfying and pressure free. I would like to recognize your outstanding salesman, Hiram Mendez. He made this experience easy and carefree. He has a wonderful attitude and is extremely knowledgeable in the cars he sells. He truly loves Volkswagen and it shows. Even after the sale he called us today to ask if we had any questions and if we did do not hesitate to call him anytime or come by and he will help us out. I would also like to recognize Marina, Internet Sales Manager. My wife was working with her all morning asking questions and working details of the purchase. Which went flawless. This is our second Volkswagen purchase in a little over a year. We wanted to not only buy locally but we know from personal experience how easy the service department is to work with. He answered all the questions my husband and I had and he showed empathy, care, compassion, and concern when he saw that I was not pleased after signing my paperwork. He has called to check up on us and has understood our concerns with the situations we have experienced. A sales person such as Jared deserves many great praises. He would receive a gold star if it was my decision. My hope for the future with this dealership is that I will experience nothing less then amazing service from anyone my husband and I come in contact with. We love our car and have enjoyed having it. I thank Jared Diveley for doing what was in his power to rectifiy part of the situations that I was not pleased with. If the manager continues to educate all of his staff on customer service and the value of making your customers feel important. The whole VW staff should take his education and follow in the foot steps of the best sales/customer service associate on staff at Lakeland VW - Jared Miller. At this point I would feel comfortable recommending Lakeland VW to a friend, but I would recommend they ask to work directly with Jared Miller and I would recommend they go in with their own financing completed before making a deal.
