Amazing dealership! I have dealt with this Volkswagen dealership and others in the Tampa area. Nothing compares to the service my wife and I received here. As soon as we entered the bay he was there to take care of us. He breaks everything down for you and tells you exactly what's going on. I bought a 2009 VW Jetta SEL for my first car from Hiram and I could not be happier! As I said it was my first car and it was very exciting for me, especially since I'll be rolling in it to my college! My and I could not be happier! We were offered refreshments and seating, it was a very nice and welcoming environment. It did not take very long for the car to be approved and all the paperwork to be done. Hiram and Jared were very explicit as to the procedures and what we were doing or had to do. I never felt lost or confused. At the end of the day, the car was given to me washed and ready for me to take home. I have had experiences with VW cars before, so I know that they last, but be sure that I will go to them first when I get a new car! Love the overall experience!
