When I pulled into Lakeland Volkswagen, I had already been searching for a car for almost a week...I was exhausted! I explained my situation, Rick actually took the time to listen and showed me a car tha been searching for a car for almost a week...I was exhausted! I came back to the dealership the next morning to finalize the deal and to leave in my new car. Even though the finance company took a lot longer than we had expected, Rick and Jared were there to answer any questions the entire time. To say that Rick and Jared went above and beyond to get me into my Jetta is an understatement...these guys were amazing!!!
