High repair cost estimate My wife took our Beetle for a repair estimate. To replace 2 lock actuators we were quoted $947. She paid $99 for the estimate. We called 4 other My wife took our Beetle for a repair estimate. To replace 2 lock actuators we were quoted $947. She paid $99 for the estimate. We called 4 other dealerships. All quoted lower costs for the same repair. I decided to take my car to the dealer who quoted a price $250 less. Additionally, they emailed a “Black Friday” coupon that increased the savings to almost $400. I notified the service department. No effort was made to match the price or assure my satisfaction as a customer. I am disappointed by the dealership. We are considering another vehicle purchase. We probably will no longer consider Lakeland Volkswagen because of this occurrence. More

He was very knowledgeable and took as much time as I needed to answer my questions. When it came time to negotiate the deal I felt no pressure to buy but it seemed like the sales team was doing everything they could do to make the vehicle affordable enough for me to be able to purchase. It was a great experience, and now I have a great car! I would strongly recommend this dealership to anybody. More
