The only issue I have ever had was getting someone to answer the phone or return a phone call when I called to make an appointment. I got the voicemail, left a message and hadn't received a call for two answer the phone or return a phone call when I called to make an appointment. Maybe it was bad timing, maybe the shop was super busy, I get all that. But not receiving a call after two days of leaving a message was a little off-putting. More
