Lakeland VW Is Corrupt responded

Still no response from Lakeland VW - Mr. Jeff Arthur and the Jared D, Lakeland VW's GM, are completely unaccountable. I have text proof that I was not informed of the absence of the Active Blind Spot Monitor until AFTER I purchased the vehicle - even the sales rep did not know! VW of America contacted me and said they would open a "claim" against Lakeland VW. If VW of American does not resolve this issue, I will be filing lawsuits against Jeff Arthur and Lakeland VW. Horrible dealership with terrible management.
