First great experience in a new car dealership,by far!! I had horrible experiences buying a new car in the past ,but all that changed when we bought our new 2016 Toyota Highlander and our salesperson was Ja I had horrible experiences buying a new car in the past ,but all that changed when we bought our new 2016 Toyota Highlander and our salesperson was James Rosier ,one of the best salesperson's I've ever dealt with, also the finance manager was great, everybody was friendly, no pressure at all, very ,very laid back atmosphere, best prices in area, no hassle at all. And if you are looking for top notch service, and best prices, you need to hurry up and get your car, since they are a very high volume dealer. And to all those future customer's that are" grinders" and try to beat the car salesperson on the price on a new car, don't even bother since they have high sales volume and they have the best prices, guarantee!! that's my personal opinion. Thanks again Lakeland Toyota James Rosier and all the great team .Looking forward to do business in the near future. More

I truly feel completely comfortable with anything she tells me my car needs because I have that much confidence in her abilities and knowledge. Very efficient service I arrived at Lakeland Toyota about ten minutes early for my 9:00 appointment for the 40000 mile service on our 2013 Highlander Limited. I was greeted I arrived at Lakeland Toyota about ten minutes early for my 9:00 appointment for the 40000 mile service on our 2013 Highlander Limited. I was greeted promptly and directed to my service rep, Ryan Joslin. Ryan was very friendly and professional getting the paperwork signed and my vehicle in the process. 45 minutes to an hour later the service was completed and Ryan had me on my way. Just another satisfactory trip to the Lakeland Toyota service department. My wife and I have purchased five vehicles from Lakeland Toyota, and haven't been disappointed to date. Thanks again Ryan for your attention and efficiency in getting my Highlander serviced properly and promptly. More

We like to ensure that we have seen it all and have covered all bases. The first time we went to Lakeland Toyota we were helped by James and Manny Torres. We weren't offered prices that met our budget so we left. No big deal. Did some more shopping. A couple weeks later we checked out Nissan Jenkins and were given a price that was just slightly above our price range. We had to be walk away because of it. We knew, however, that if we wanted to go back the offer still stood. We decided to make a trip back to Lakeland Toyota to visit Manny again because he was so adamant about us coming back to see him if we wanted to look again. When we asked for him he was very short with us. It was clear he was annoyed. I guess because my husband and I aren't the ones to give into any deal they make. Manny then implied that we were lying about the previous numbers that were offer the couple weeks before. We explained to him that we were made a great offer at Nissan but we were really interested in getting a Toyota. He smirked and encouraged us to go ahead and take that offer since it was so great. I don't think he realized that it wasn't a game for us. He lost out on a purchase from us that day and any day in the future. I should have listened when a friend warned me of a simile situation. If you are the type of buyer to take the first offer made then they will LOVE you. But save yourself time... they don't like people who know their budget and want to stick to it. More
An Oil Change for the History Books I just had the most fantastic oil change of my life. I arrived ahead of time, was met by 4 or 5 representatives, who summoned my service rep. He came I just had the most fantastic oil change of my life. I arrived ahead of time, was met by 4 or 5 representatives, who summoned my service rep. He came out to meet me and get the process started. Did I say process? It was more like a dream as he ushered me into the inner sanctum of the service reps, gave me his pen to sign in three places, and told me to make myself comfortable for about an hour. And comfortable it was, the cushy leather seats in the spacious waiting area with big screen TVs,, music, and all kinds of sights and sounds to entertain me. Well, that didn't last long, because I took myself out to the showroom to sneak a peek at the new Priuses... Prii....more than one Prius, OK? I saw the perky new Prius C, the radical Prius Prius, and finally the Prius V. The V was the only one that didn't have the steering wheel screwed up with the design change where they have now put a 5 inch wide center spoke at the bottom of the wheel, so that I can't rest my hand at the center bottom while driving long distances. Well, no sooner did I pick up some brochures than they announced my name on the speakers that my car was ready. I zipped over to the service desk, signed in three places, and gave up my credit card. Totally painless and pleasurable oil change at Lakeland Toyota. Can't wait until it's time to bring my OTHER PRIUS in for a fantastic oil change and fill out two more surveys about my experience. More
