August 21 2019 I arrived at Lakeland d Toyota for our first 5,000 mile check and Efrain Hazim came out immediately to greet me. He asked why I was there and I told I arrived at Lakeland d Toyota for our first 5,000 mile check and Efrain Hazim came out immediately to greet me. He asked why I was there and I told him to rotate the tires and check the fluids. He invited me to go inside to his service desk where he printed off my service papers to sign. He told me it would be between 1 and 1 1/2 hrs and I went to sit down in the waiting room. It was about 1/2 hr and he came to me and said he was done and went over what he had done and I signed the papers and was on my way. Efrain was polite, respectful and extremely quick.
