Almost 3 hours for oil change? No real reason given on why it took almost three hours for simple oil change. My service writer really didn’t even really do much, she didn’t do the No real reason given on why it took almost three hours for simple oil change. My service writer really didn’t even really do much, she didn’t do the intake or finish up the ticket. I asked her one time to check status of my vehicle, after all ready waiting for 1 1/2 hour, she said twenty minutes, it took over an hour to complete. Not really that busy but nonetheless I wasted 3 hours. Won’t go back, should I’d learned my lesson when I had wife’s SUV oil changed there and they underfilled it. More

Sold my car from under me They have a very disorganized system. Test drove Saturday, they pushed for their financing. That was 7pm our sales rep Charlie didn't want to work till 10 to do all the paperwork and I understood neither did I. He was off Wednesday no big deal I wont make you work on your day off. Here comes Thursday and 9 am, I'm asking him to let me know when all is set and I can grab the car. He states the car is sold but don't worry I have more cars like it. GM would not call us as requested, as we just wanted our side of the story heard, we were told her could possibly call tomorrow. Yikes. If you don't get the car same day and try to use your own credit union beware it may drive away. I should have read all these reviews and drove to Tampa for customer service. This location gives Signature Toyota a bad name. Because any other location I has been great. This was just unprofessional.
