Our experience buying my Ford Bronco Sport at Lakeland Ford was very pleasant. Trey Peterson greeted us immediately to begin the process of test driving a couple of SUVs. I enjoyed both but knew that the Sport version would be more suitable to my needs. The problem was the color. Trey went to work on trying to find the Bronco Sport in Cactus Grey with the amenities I wanted. Since it was around lunchtime, Trey allowed us to take the Bronco Sport in Desert Sand out by ourselves so we could get lunch and run errands in a real-world test drive to get a better idea of the Bronco Sport's handling. By the time we returned later that afternoon, Trey had located a Bronco Sport in Cactus Grey with the leather interior I wanted. And ... it would be at the dealership that evening. Almost instant gratification. Trey was very friendly, considerate, and accommodating throughout. He displayed excellent knowledge of the vehicles.
