This is the third vehicle I bought from lakeland Chrysler when I purchased this jeep I purchased the extended warranty. The finance manager at the time told me that even the leather seats would be covered wi when I purchased this jeep I purchased the extended warranty. The finance manager at the time told me that even the leather seats would be covered with a 100.00 deductible. So forward 4 months later I took it in for a/c not working and was informed that they where no warranty on the a/c. They wanted to charge me 230.00 just to tell me what I already told them. The service writer was very nice she waved the diagnostic charge after I got mad and told them to just give my vehicle back. Went to talk to the sales manager he was no longer there so went to talk to the finance guy I bought the warranty thru. You guessed it no longer there. Every time you go in it always a new crew. Take it as you will but don't trust someone who is a fly by night company. They can't keep employees for some reason. I don't know if it's a company who don't take care of the employees or a company who wants them to screw over there customers and they quit. I know 3 times I've been lied to about differ things with them and it's been diffrent people Every time. Every time it's the same story we'll see are new so we will treat you right. Do your own research on the vehicle you are purchasing. Get a couple quotes from diffraction dealers. Would not recommend!!!!! More
