This was the worst car dealership experience I have ever had. On November 20th, I was there for four hours and did not even buy the car I went in there completely prepared to buy. We did our research and came in prepared and ready to buy a car; however, Lakeland Dodge/Chrystler was not. They were understaffed, and the staff that was there were extremely unprofessional. When I asked for a test drive, the did not have the car I was planning to buy on the lot (or even a similar model), although their inventory said they had it there on site. There was a severe "lack of communication" (their words, not mine) between Randy and JT. This supposed "lack of communication" lead to them not including my trade-in on the final paperwork being signed...after four hours of waiting. I ended up leaving after four hours with no new car, no apology, and a strong distaste for all Dodge/Chrysler products after the experience with the Lakeland staff and their inefficiency, complacitness, and terrible customer service. This turned out to be a waste of my day off, which was supposed to be a happy day because I was supposed to be bringing home a new car. I was originally told that they would have the car on the site the next day, but after the paperwork was being signed, I was told they weren't sure when it would be on site and they would give a call in a day or two. I really disliked seeing the staff goof off and just joke around with each other while they were not focusing on their actual job and doing the appropriate paperwork and financial figures. I'm glad the staff at Lakeland Dodge had the time to cut up and slack off while I was there, because I did not. My time off from work is precious, which they did not take in consideration and they wasted. I can not ever get that time back, but I can thoroughly describe their inefficiency, poor customer service, inadequacy, and unprofessionlism. My family has been Dodge owners for generations, but we won't ever buy another Dodge/Chrysler product after this horrible experience we had today. Randy and JT tried to bamboozle my family today by not including our trade-in, and if we hadn't caught it on the final paperwork while we were signing, we would have been stuck with a rotten deal. They said it was a miscommunication, when it was discussed and clearly stated several times while we were at the discussion table. What was the worst was they didn't even try to fix it once the error was pointed out or apologize for the error or wasting our time. They just said, "Okay, well have a good rest of your Sunday," and that was that. Lakeland Dodge/Chrysler is very unethical and unprofessional and if you are looking for a new car for yourself and family, then do not go to them. I will spend my hard-earned money and my time elsewhere, where myself and my family are valued and the dealership's practices are ethical, professional, and efficient. More

After losing my vehicle to the flood from hurricane Ian I drove here to purchase a vehicle. While I love my vehicle and the quality of it, I am not happy with my experience. They refused to budge on the price and would only drop a few dollars so I had to put more money down. I liked the salesman but when the manager came over he was condescending and disrespectful. Eventually he got down to my monthly payment I wanted and had me sign a paper for the payment.... well the payment is HIGHER than what I agreed on and I was completely played. Signed a paper for a promised price to make the deal and now im not near my payment. Then dealing with the finance department was a headache. I used my bank as my lender and was left doing all the work and catching the finance departments mess as they didn't handle anything. I've always used my bank as my lender and every time the dealership handles everything. While I love the vehicle I got I am not happy with my experience of being lied too and fooled. Signing papers for a agreed upon price clearly doesn't mean anything in the slimey car dealership world. Be careful if you shop here. More
