Very unpleasant experience with this dealership. They sold me a truck that they never even inspected from a trade in . Then when it did not last 48 hours they promised to fix it. Well it lasted a whole week this time. When I took it back this time I was told that they would help me no further !! 52k owed on a truck that I can't even drive. More

The service dept kept our car for 3 weeks because they kept ordering the wrong parts. They never notified of delays. Didn’t return calls. Knew a week before we were coming in for recall and other work and kept ordering the wrong parts. They never notified of delays. Didn’t return calls. Knew a week before we were coming in for recall and other work and didn’t realize the had the wrong bolts until after the 2 week mark. Will not take my car there for service again. Had to cancel doctor appointments as this is our only vehicle. Was told they’d check about a loaner after it had been there for 2 weeks. This is our second car from this dealership. Don’t think they’ll get a third try. Our salesman was great when we bought it, but can’t say the same for the service department. More
