The service dept kept our car for 3 weeks because they kept ordering the wrong parts. They never notified of delays. Didn’t return calls. Knew a week before we were coming in for recall and other work and kept ordering the wrong parts. They never notified of delays. Didn’t return calls. Had to cancel doctor appointments as this is our only vehicle. Was told they’d check about a loaner after it had been there for 2 weeks. This is our second car from this dealership. Don’t think they’ll get a third try. Our salesman was great when we bought it, but can’t say the same for the service department. More
