To me and my boyfriend, this dealership seemed pretty shady overall right from the start. We came to obtain a RUNNING and RELIABLE vehicle. Basically, we didn't get either of those. It has just been in our possession for three months, if that, and it has spent a month and a half in Lakeland Dodge servicing. This car has only been in our possession for one month, and before that it had some strange days when it wasn't working. It broke down unexpectedly as we were returning home, and since then, we haven't been able to view or drive it AT ALL. We had it towed to Lakeland Dodge. Remember that it has been employed by Lakeland Dodge for the past two weeks and a month. Remember that we have only owned this 2017 Hyundai Sonata for three months, and for more than half of that time, Lakeland Dodge has been the car's service provider. In the shop for that time. Discovering that the MOTOR failed after only three months with the car, the entire MOTOR is gone? What kind of sense does that make, and who literally sells a car that doesn't work? The car's entire motor blew after only one month of ownership. You can't tell me that before putting this vehicle up for sale, these people had no idea about it or hadn't even given it a thorough inspection. I think it's ridiculous, and I hope others do too. Since this car was put into service, we have called and visited frequently. Little, if any, calls were returned. Prior to calling to inquire about the situation, they usually don't pick up or don't respond to our questions. Now, during the period that it was in Lakeland Dodge's service, they did NOTHING to remedy the issue. After a month and two weeks, nothing has been done to fix the automobile, which is STILL not running. All they did was disassemble the engine, but now we're being informed that just to get our car out of Lakeland Dodge's service it will cost us close to $2,000. They say Lakeland Hyundai themselves will fix it for free, and that they would have from the very BEGINNING, but this knowledge was not expressed or explained to us AT ALL. Now, we're expected to pay this price to move a BROKEN down car, to another place who we don't know, and that isn't even getting it fixed. I hope to see some improvement, but so far there has been no change in the way my boyfriend and I get communication or how satisfied we are with our service. I would NOT suggest anyone visit this erratic or stable location. More

Very unpleasant experience with this dealership. They sold me a truck that they never even inspected from a trade in . Then when it did not last 48 hours they promised to fix it.
