I got the monthly payments but when I signed into my ally financial my total was above 20,000 WHAT THE xxxx? So I went back through my paperwork and wouldn't you know it's right there 20,125 with my signature. He told me to my face a different amount so I signed it. Read before you sign. More

Sent all doc. needed by fax on a Monday, was told everything is looking good working on a deal. We were ok, just come in Tue at 9:00 well sales person wasn't going to be there so we now have a new sales person who at no fault of him, had idea as what has transformed through all these days. We had to fill out another application not once but 3 in total. was told to sit tight waiting on the banks, so went out and took 2 jeeps for a test drive. came back in now going on 2:00, still working on it, so we ended up calling it a day as my husband worked all night , The manager not once came over to explain what had happen, we still don't know . When we arrived we were greeted by a young man named by Romellon who was a very courteous sales person. At this time we introduced ourselves and asked if we could look around without him, and to our surprise it was no problem. This almost never happens, he let us know when we were ready to talk come see him. Once we made our choice on a new 2018 Dodge Charger Daytona we were treated like friends not just another commission. Rick Dubie was also helping with the sales process. Both were very knowledgeable about the process in buying the car and the functionality of the selected vehicle. I would highly recommend both of them to anyone in search of their next new car. On a scale of 1 being the lowest to a 10 being the highest , they definitely deserve a 10, GREAT JOB! More
Awful Experience PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING YOUR CAR!!! I trade my Impeccable 2014 Chrysler 300 for a decent 2016 Chrysler 300 C 2016. They totally ripped me off. The car had a cigarette smell and they pro I trade my Impeccable 2014 Chrysler 300 for a decent 2016 Chrysler 300 C 2016. They totally ripped me off. The car had a cigarette smell and they promised me to do a permanent smell treatment, which did not work. The car had 48000 miles and I did not feel comfortable about, so they promised a free extend warranty, which later they include the price on my Financing. The finance department offered me a Gap Insurance and I said I already had, but anyway they included it on my Financing, now I pay for two GAP insurance. The manger gave a 5.9% interest when my credit is over 700. My interest at my old Chrysler was 2.5%. The manager promised a payment of $375 and then the payment came to $400. During the process I called several times to the dealership and left many messages, no one would call me back. When I took my car to do the wind tint, which the price was suppose to be included in the financing I had to pay $147 for it, plus no one knew I had an appointment for services. Instead of transferring my plate, they gave a new one, I guess just to charge me more. The day after I bought the car I notice the dashboard was broken, I called several times to complain about, but no one would called me back, 3 days later, finally someone called and said they couldn't do anything about it, because the car was already mine. They never gave me a copy of my extend warranty, even me calling 3 times and asking for that. Two weeks later they called me telling me I had to pay a $270 extra for my pay off because they calculated it wrong. This is the most awful car buying experience ever. This place is horrible, unprofessional and a totally a ripped off. I wish I had read the reviews before. I am now seeking for an Attorney, because I am not paying extra for a pay off that was wrongly calculated. That only show how bad this place is. I hope this review helps other people like me that work hard and very honest to make better decisions. More
Better make sure everything works The week we took our Jeep home, the check engine light came on. They said it had to be reset so they did that. 2 Days later it came back on. Then when it got cold enough in FL to need the heat (2 months later), the heat did not work. Of course they said that is what a warranty is for. We had planned to buy the warranty, found out later that we did not get the warranty. So when we signed we should have been more careful. Beware of this. More
Awful service! I went in to trade in my car for a used Jeep. They were asking 13000 for it. My credit is decent high 600’s. My car that I was trading in had 2000 dollars of negative equity due to the interest rate being 21%. I told the salesman that I would like to keep my payments at 350 and I could put 1500 down. The salesman ran my credit with my co-signer who has great credit high 700’s. He came back and said that the banks didn’t want to approve me trading in my car because of the negative equity. His advice to me was to just let it get repossessed because it will”drop off my credit in 7 years anyway”. I’m sorry but that is not the correct way to go about trying to get a sale. I am a young woman and I feel as though they walked over me because they didn’t think I knew what I was doing. He told me the one bank that did approve me would make my payments 490 a month. That is ridiculous for a used car that’s only 13000. They lost my business for good. I will not go there anymore and I have made it know to many people the kinds of things the salesmen are suggesting to do. More

On the phone, Crystal said it was available and set up an appointment for the morning. Then in the morning, I asked about the vehicle via text and nothing was said about it being unavailable. When I got there, the salesman said the Jeep needed parts that were on back order. I should have left then, but I was already there, and I test drove a couple vehicles. The sales manager tried to convince me to take home a car I didn't like then said they would try to find me a vehicle I liked. I asked about the Renegade, and the manager said the Jeep was missing a part that had been on back order for a month. I did not like these tactics and will not return. More
