Horrible customer service loan people lie We will never buy a vehicle here again, traded in a ram which we were told would be paid off within 7 days, today 24 days later still not paid, never We will never buy a vehicle here again, traded in a ram which we were told would be paid off within 7 days, today 24 days later still not paid, never in my life have I ever made a late car payment and now Lakeland dodge knocked my credit due to not paying it on time, then on top of that when we sign the contract which has gap ins on it a week later the loan guy, Patrick, which just happens to be on vacation now calls and tells my hubby he found us a lower rate and he just needs to resign a paper so we do, tells my hubby nothing changed so my hubby takes his word for it signs It and then realize few days later when we sit down and read the new contract he took the gap ins off never told us this and now we can not get gap insurance.Also I have tried to contact my sales guy Bob, multiple times and he won’t even return our phone call, I will be reporting them to the BBB. Spend over 50k on a new truck and get treated like this it’s horrible to treat people this way More

I inquired about a vehicle online , was responded to right away by Crystal who then set me up to work with the amazing Lacey. She took such great care of us!!!!! By the time we drove down from ft Myers the car was detailed , gassed up and all paperwork was printed we were 30 minutes in and out and made such a great friend in the process. I more than recommend this dealer but I also do recommend Lacey !!! :) More
Nightmare Recall breaks my Ram 2500 Scheduled an appointment on 5/22/18 to get a simple recall completed. The recall was T79/NHTSA17V-821, the fix for the Brake Transmission Shift interlock on my RAM 2500 Mega Cab; which might I add had never given me a single issue. During the visit, they also completed an oil change. When I got the vehicle back the engine had a radically different sound. It acted as if it couldn't get out of the adaptive (4-cyl) mode. A few days later I attempted to pull my 9K LB car trailer. The truck struggled to pull the trailer, and acted as if it had no power. I responded to the email review from the dealership and was contacted by the dealership customer service. They told me they would look at the vehicle again and made a 9:00am apt on 5/29. When I arrived at 9:00am, I was advised my apt was at 10:30 and they would have to work me in taking 2-3 hours. Regardless, they said they had no control over what was in the software update. I explained to both CS and the service writer I had not authorized any changes to the computer regarding the engine. They simply told me that all they could do was to install the software update provided by the factor and couldn't do anything else. I left and will never let return to such unprofessional service. Overall, they had no idea what was in the software update, and refused to take any action. Putting 100% blame on the factory. In effect making a $65K Ram 2500 less powerful than a Toyota pre-runner. More

Stay away! We emailed this dealership about a 2015 Corolla with a list price of $10,495 specifically because their ad on AutoTrader stated, "100% transparent pri We emailed this dealership about a 2015 Corolla with a list price of $10,495 specifically because their ad on AutoTrader stated, "100% transparent pricing" with no "Trick Pricing or Games with Rebates" What we got back was a bunch of tricks and games that would make even the skankiest of carny workers blush, and a transparency level of - 5. We were told the out the door price for a car listed at $10,495.00 would be around 14k dollars. Well, 14,741.08 to be exact. This is 4,246.08 more than their advertised price. Or to be fair and transparent, a mere 3346.08 more than their advertised price after you figure in taxes and tag. We then asked them to breakdown their "transparency" in detail (to try and make sense of 3,346.08 in added "fees") and were shocked to see a 1,995.00 "reconditioning fee" on top of an 799.00 dealer fee, especially when you consider the see-through nature of transparency. I called and talk-argued with a manager (who shamelessly claimed all dealerships have a $2,000 recondition fee lolol ) for about 30 minutes. This manager held strong to the idea that what they are doing IS NOT a bait & switch. I give her credit for being able to maintain such a load of horse crap throughout our entire conversation. I may have wasted 30 minutes of my life arguing with these sleaze xxxxx but you don't have to waste your time. I can't imagine how many people see one of their cars for sale, drive all the way there, test drive it and then go into that little offie only to find out they just wasted their entire day because it's actually 3k more than their "100% transparent pricing" said it was online. So read this and don't even give them a second look. Go straight to a different dealership. Or better yet, buy from a private owner and just pay these Jabroni's to do a pre-purchase inspection to make you feel better. And hey, if you're the owner of this dealership and you're actually reading this review do me a favor and let one of your less out of touch family members take it over. Maybe they'll be able to save an industry which will eventually be dismantled once you've pissed us off to the point that we demand and are granted the ability to purchase vehicles directly from the manufacturer. It's 2018. People know what's going on. They don't want to and shouldn't have to deal with this game that you crusty old car dealership cartel members have been playing with us for the last 50+ years. Soak it up while you can or get it together and prevent your demise. More
