Stellar I recently purchased a vehicle from Lakeland Chrysler Dodge and I must say the reviews I’ve read are most definitely inaccurate. I had no where near a I recently purchased a vehicle from Lakeland Chrysler Dodge and I must say the reviews I’ve read are most definitely inaccurate. I had no where near an experience like that in fact, I had the complete opposite. This dealerships customer service and staff are top notch. I feel that if more dealerships could be like this one people wouldn’t have such a negative view on the car buying experience. I’ve purchased multiple multiple vehicles in my lifetime and this was truly the easiest and most memorable. Our sales woman lacy was fabulous. She was on top of everything , finding the vehicle we wanted , getting to the price we were looking for and just over all showing us everything on the vehicle. The management staff was just as amazing. They came out and spoke with us, introduced themselves as who was working our deal. Most management hide behind the computer like their the owner and can’t speak but not here.
