rip off on March 14th 19 we bought a 16 Chevy Colorado from them. had a couple issues that needed to be fixed.a battery cable needed to be replaced and bed li on March 14th 19 we bought a 16 Chevy Colorado from them. had a couple issues that needed to be fixed.a battery cable needed to be replaced and bed liner removed to clean out acrorns that were under it. they just taped the wire that had the covering showing bare wire showing and left the bed still dirty when we went to pick up vehicle on 3-16-19. after I was going to cancel the sale they repaired and cleaned what we had agreed to. we returned to Maine were we live on 4-19 to find out 30 day plate ran out and they have our $1300 to register the vehicle& no registration. at this time not one thing has been done and here we are 1800 miles away with a vehicle we can't use. called so many times and we just get talk and no action. beware . will say Romello was nice just hope he can go work for a better dealership. More

Josh is a liar and the dealer is horrible I went in to trade a car and a motorcycle in on a durango for my wife. Joshua lee Johnson and tyler jacob sowers worked my deal. We signed and drove away only to find out 3 weeks later joshua called me at work said I needed to come sign more papers so after leaving work early we came to the dealer only to find out the milage to the lender was a lie so the loan fell through. We came back to get our trades and my money we got the car the bike wasn't their nor the titles. We came the following day only to find out my bike had been wrecked all the plastics were a differant color headlights didn't work deep road rash on the frame under plastic and on clutch leave check engine lights on wires cut for turn signals plastics and bolts missing the words dont even match on the plastics. I told tyler sowers and he refused to let me talk to general manager and only agreed to fix what he wanted to but he did admit that the property had been damaged. They swiped my debit card for a refund but it shows offline on the recipt and after 3 days I still have yet to see my downpayment. Horrible place bait and switch bait and switch bait and switch!!! That's how they get it done. All I asked is they is my property to be fixed 100% the way it was when I brought it I didn't ask them to change the color of my bike and largely the bike was never there property to do so because they did not finalize the deal I brought there durango back 100% the way it was even had already bought weathertech floor mats $368 so why did this happen? Someone please explain More

Just drop your car off and wait and wait and wait for days. I called and got and made an appointment to get the top on my Jeep Liberty fixed again. The appointment was with Emily at 8:30. When I got there Emi I called and got and made an appointment to get the top on my Jeep Liberty fixed again. The appointment was with Emily at 8:30. When I got there Emily was busy so Angela checked in the car. I called around 1 and left a message for Emily and she called me back about 30 minutes later. She stated "I have not forgotten about you I'll give you a call with your quote later today". I waited until 4:30 and finally I called her again. Again she called me back about 30 minutes later. This time she said they didn't get my car today but they would get to it tomorrow. I explained that I took the day off because I can't be without my vehicle on work days (my day starts before they have someone to drop you off at work and ends after they close and often I need the car during a work day) and that I was more than a little aggravated. She was very apologetic but that doesn't give me my vacation day back nor does it help me get to and from work now that they are keep the car a second day. The reason I made the appointment was so I could get the vehicle looked at that day. Otherwise I would have dropped off the next day. This is the second time in a row they have done this to me. Last time I dropped it off for a safety recall, they kept it all day and then said they didn't have the parts. Jeep used to be a great brand with excellent service. Now that it is owned by Fiat it one of the worst. If you are looking for a brand or dealer that takes care of the customer after the sale. I recommend you look somewhere else. More

Terrible experience with service. Lies,deceit, low integrity Beware as they are not honest Went in for recall on cat converter. They installed wrong and made terrible noise. Took back 3 times and then said motor mounts were bad causing the engine to tip and hit converter causing the problem, costing 1200.00 dollars to fix, I said it was fine when I brought it in, but insisted that was problem , so I said ok fix it, but thank goodness they didn’t have parts in stock. Went to independent garage to see what they thought. Said motor mounts were fine and showed me where they cobbled up the exhaust causing the loud noise and banging. They couldn’t believe a dealership did this. They used wrong brackets and said I was lucky exhaust didn’t melt my bumper as the whole system was so out of line. They Fixed it for 50.00. Car runs great now. Beware if you use this company as they have poor integrity , shame on them. They flat out lied to me. Never again as I refuse to deal with companies that lie to cover up their own mistakes. More
