My first and last time getting service at this dealership. I was originally quoted for half a day to get recalls, windshield treatment, and an issue with whistling mirrors fixed so I rented a vehi dealership. I was originally quoted for half a day to get recalls, windshield treatment, and an issue with whistling mirrors fixed so I rented a vehicle from enterprise and went about my day. 8 hours later, received no updates from the dealer so I gave them a call and they could not replicate the issue, asked them to look at it again and then the issue could be replicated but it was a design flaw and they didn’t want to do anything more. Ok fine, went to pick up the car the next day asked for a shuttle from the enterprise like they did the first time so I can drop off the vehicle and they insisted I leave the rental at their lot and enterprise would come get it. When I got to the dealer, noticed the windshield treatment was not completed and I found out that an oil change and tire rotation was completed without informing me or getting permission…. Not only that, three days later I receive a call from enterprise saying that I still have their vehicle asking when I would return it. I informed them that it was dropped off the very next day and it has been sitting at the dealer per Lakeland CJDR’s request. Called the dealer and they said they would resolve the issue with enterprise and figure out how to get the STAR issue resolved regarding the whistling mirrors and call me back. Never received a call from Angela till this day almost a month later. Finally I received a call from enterprise to close out the account and turns out no one from the dealer ever called and I was still responsible for the three days… More
