Hi Shawn, all dealerships have a reconditioning fee whether they add it to their online price or separately, in our case the online price does disclose our reconditioning fee is not included in the price along with dealer fee, tax, tag and title. Reconditioning is all the repairs that was done to the vehicle and like you said even if there is a second key it still had to get cut and programmed. We apologize someone was not able to explain that to you.

Hi Daniel, we are very sorry you had a poor experience with us and I apologize that you felt like we were not willing to help. If we are not mistaken you have a vehicle that is a non-Chrysler product vehicle and we can not address your concerns here because we do not have the equipment to address the restrictions. You'd have to go to that dealership to get it resolved. We can not say it's an issue because technically it is not a safety issue, it's actually a restriction to keep you safe. We referred you to the other dealership and a point of contact to receive a discount on removing the restriction, was a much help as we can do for you. You received an exceptionally well deal, there was no room for additional add-on, removals, or anything else after purchase. We are very sorry we can not help you. I apologize that you had a poor experience with some of our employees here. I will make sure to address the way of how they spoke to you.
