As a professional that’s their job to explain every paper that they give you to sign. It was getting late, and I was getting tired from all the negotiations so I put my trust in the dealer finance person and now I pay the price. When I went home and look through the paperwork the numbers didn’t add up. Two days later I went back to pick up my vehicle from the service I asked for someone to go over the numbers in my contract. 3 hours later no one knows how to explain all the numbers. They keep giving me different answers and keep blaming finance person. The company makes hidden charges and doesn’t even know how to explain. They have dealer fee to put gas in it and to get car ready for u all that is BS just to get more money. Go to the bank and don’t finance with them. I also purchased additional vehicle policy which I cancelled a week later. Today is 3 months Since I cancelled the policy and the bank still didn’t get refund and no one knows where the money went. I spoke with the dealership and according to them they lost my cancellation paperwork. The most unprofessional group of staff I have ever encountered. I highly do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I feel cheated. More
Horrible, no good. Run. Service department was horrible and left our car worse off than we took it. Not only that, the repair was under warranty and they told us our part would be a month out. Now they are ghosting us when we try to get the warranty honored. I wouldn't buy new or bring in for service here. They will bait you to buy and you will regret it forever when you are stuck dealing with thier horribke customer service. Our salesman, Jacob has been horrible and avoids/refuses to return our calls. We will never be back, even if they finally answer our calls to do the warranty work. You DO NOT want these people under your hood. More
My fiance and I leased a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from this dealership on 7/23/20. We traded in a 2015 Cadillac ATS. About a month later, we start getting notifications from the bank telling us that we m this dealership on 7/23/20. We traded in a 2015 Cadillac ATS. About a month later, we start getting notifications from the bank telling us that we missed a payment on the ATS. This is especially odd seeing as we used the same bank for the Jeep and the ATS. I contact the bank, they tell me that they have no record of us leasing the Jeep and they have not been sent the payoff for the ATS by the dealership. So, I contact the dealership. They assure me that the payoff has been sent but there is just a delay due to COVID. About a week later, we get a call from the dealership saying they need us to come back because they had given us the wrong lease form...over a month after leasing the vehicle. We are assured that this is not a big issue and everything will be fine. Nearly 2 months later and this dealership has not sent the payoff to the bank for the Cadillac and now the Jeep is showing up on our bank account. The dealership paid the lease payment for the 2 months that we had the Jeep and could not make payments on it since they screwed up the paperwork but they did not pay the late fees. Now we have the bank asking us for over $1000 in payments for the Jeep and Cadillac plus late fees for both. On top of all of this, the dealership hasn't refunded us for fuel after we had to fill the Jeep's tank ourselves the day we bought it because the dealer's fuel pump was broken. I have called 5-6 times and have been given the runaround or had my voicemails flat-out ignored. Finally, my fiance and I take the day off work so one of us could stay at home with our 1 year old daughter and the other could drive an hour out to Lakeland since no one could bother to answer their phone or return voicemails all weekend. They finally send the check reimbursing the gas, and they tell me that the check for the trade-in has been sent to the bank (but I've heard that before). When I was at the dealership they actually had the audacity to tell me that "All of this could have been resolved over the phone." Yeah, no kidding. That's why I called 5 times and got no assistance. They seem to think that telling me the check was sent the first time when it clearly wasn't isn't a big deal. They seem to think that me having to find out by the bank calling and threatening repossession isn't a big deal. They seem to think that them screwing up 4 times in 2 months isn't a big deal. I'm leaving the 1 star review due to the horrid communication and complete dearth of empathy exhibited by the people that I spoke to. It's hard enough to exist in 2020 without someone else's incompetence affecting your credit history and forcing you to miss work. This is the 4th new car purchase I've made in my life and by far and away this was the worst experience. More
After purchasing a 2018 vehicle from Lakeland, and scheduling a service appointment August 14th, I have pleaded with them to tell me when my car will be ready. It is now August 26th and I still don't know when my car will be ready. I have telephoned to ask, but instead I get a phone that rings unanswered or "I'll call you back in 20 minutes". But they don't call back, at all. After 11 days, I must take time off from work to get my husband to drive me there to find an answer. I purchased it under warranty and now I can't even get my car back or a car to drive. Amazingly, I still have to make payments, but they don't have to uphold their warranty and can trample on my consumer rights. I can't rate the quality of service if I don't have any service! The website won't allow zero stars, so one is the least I can rate it. Terrible experiences! More

I arrived at the dealership and they asked for the keys to my trade to do a final inspection (they inspected it two days earlier). They came back in and said this is not a 2019 it’s a 2017, I said I know...you looked at it and ran The vin# and gave me a trade value already. I’m sorry we cannot do this deal...? What? A 2017 is obviously worth much less than a 2019. The manager then tried to work a deal with me... I asked for my keys and walked out the door. He followed me to the parking lot and was still trying to work a deal. VERY Unprofessional! It’s hard to believe this type of sales scheme is still being used today. Get someone into the dealership, take the keys to their car, make them wait and wait, then change the agreement at the last minute. Tell them how great they are to do business with... I will make sure ALL Family and Friends hear about this! Bad Business! More
The worst dealership I have ever encountered in my life. Financing took almost a month. No floor mats or owners manual. If i didn’t say something, they would have never given it to me. My blind spot detector didn’t work on a brand new Jeep cherokee and i took it to them to get it fixed. Scott in service claimed it was fixed. He lied, It was not. I was in almost two accidents because of it not working. I emailed Jennifer and tried to get my car in again. Nothing from anyone and I’ve had this problem since June. I’m considering consulting a lawyer on the negligence of this dealership. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! I seriously have never been treated like this anywhere else. Terrible, terrible customer service. More

They gave me the loaner car so I left. I called back at 2:00 and nobody had looked at my Jeep. Call back at 5:00 and still the same answer. So I drive back and picked up my new Jeep that I purchase from there and called Bartow Jeep. They told me the to bring it in. Case and point don’t lie and tell me you can look at my Jeep and have me get up at 5:30 to be at my appointment that you gave me at 7:30 and never look at my Jeep. I purchased two Jeeps From there and will never go back there again. Thank you . More
