I have been to have work done twice and both times was a bad experience. First time I was lied to saying my vehicle was inside on a machine and I went there and my car was was parked in the parking lot. Thi bad experience. First time I was lied to saying my vehicle was inside on a machine and I went there and my car was was parked in the parking lot. This time got my car back after a month of them having it. They was waiting on parts so not there fault. They changed the arms on my front end and rebuilt my transmission. All warranty work. Problem was was never ask if we wanted it aligned.This may have been something Sam wasn’t communicated not sure but Would have paid the money no problem luckily we had already made arrangements to have new tires put on so the tire place calls and let’s us know we was way out of alignment and ask if we wanted it done. Of course we said yes. Why wouldn’t the dealer ask is this. Bad business to me especially since they change the front arms and did front end work??? More

Lakeland Chrysler Dodge was my choice to have my Ram ProMaster serviced for the DEF system. They said that some hoses needed to be replaced ($900). Two month later the truck was still in the shop, prob ProMaster serviced for the DEF system. They said that some hoses needed to be replaced ($900). Two month later the truck was still in the shop, problem not solved. After 9 weeks there they told me it was another issue and it would be $3000 more. After three month of it being in the shop, I removed the truck, issue still not resolved. During that entire time, I had to call repeatedly to get any information on progress. No service person would return my calls. Same with service manager and even dealer management. I am a Dodge man, but will never buy or have any service done at this dealership. Do not do business with them. More

I was making a deal with this dealership and after I had already signed paperwork agreeing on the value of the car and my trade in and submitted my financing and insurance they told me that it had sold on t already signed paperwork agreeing on the value of the car and my trade in and submitted my financing and insurance they told me that it had sold on their Sarasota lot. Well I called the Sarasota lot and they said it was available. I called back to Lakeland Dodge and they said that it was definitely sold out of Sarasota and that was it. So I called the Sarasota lot back and they said they tracked down a sales manager and that the was just sold but to Lakeland Dodge! And someone was on the way to their dealership to pick the car up now. When I called Lakeland Dodge back they said "well we all use the same car lots and that just happens sometimes". I was waiting for 1 HOUR after I signed the document only for them to tell me apparently this exact same dealership sold the car I was looking at BEFORE they sold it to me. I guess they didn't think that deal was going to go through because they had me go all the way to the end after someone else. DO NOT shop here even if you have a deal in writing and signed they might still be angling for a better offer. More

My review from today Terrible experience. Diesel mechanic was not there for my service and I had an issue that I wanted to be looked at. Proceeded with the recommend service for my jeeps mile Diesel mechanic was not there for my service and I had an issue that I wanted to be looked at. Proceeded with the recommend service for my jeeps mileage. The techs were unable to change my transfer case oil as they didn’t know how which I found out at billing. After getting the total adjusted to the correct amount I went out to my Jeep and noticed that the DEF wasn’t filled, and washer fluid not topped off. I then brought out the advisor to show him what was missing that I paid for. When doing so I checked the oil and it was black and appeared to not have even been changed. I then asked for the manger who agreed most likely nothing was done. 4+ hrs of my day wasted and now I have to repeat the whole ordeal on Friday a day I took vacation on. No discount no reimbursement just another 4+ hrs fuel and uncertainty that my Jeep will actually get serviced. More
